This role involves managing projects, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the onboarding experience, and providing expertise on plan design and training. Candidates should have 2-4 years of project management experience and strong communication skills, with a willingness to learn retirement plan design and conversion processes. Prior experience in client servicing or 401(k)/403(b) plan administration is a plus, but not required if you possess excellent client management abilities.
