Valar Atomics is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager / Senior Manager of Payroll and T&E to oversee all aspects of payroll processing and employee expense management. This critical role ensures accurate and timely compensation while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise, a process-improvement mindset, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and business leaders. You will manage end-to-end payroll for a rapidly growing employee base across multiple states and administer the company's T&E program, continuously evaluating and improving processes for efficiency and accuracy.
