TAR is seeking a hands-on Field Systems Engineer to be the primary technical responder for their construction robots deployed in challenging field conditions. This generalist role involves deploying, commissioning, diagnosing, and resolving mechanical, electrical, and software issues with robotic systems. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of field engineering experience with complex hardware, a broad engineering background, and the ability to conduct root-cause analysis and improve future designs. This role requires significant travel and multi-week deployments to remote sites, playing a critical part in scaling TAR's renewable energy infrastructure.
