Triomics is seeking its first dedicated People Operations hire to build and manage the entire employee experience, from onboarding to office management. This role is ideal for a self-directed individual with experience in an EA, office manager, or people/recruiting ops role at a Series A or B startup. You will own onboarding, equipment, benefits, recruiting operations, and office management, ensuring a seamless experience for all new hires and employees. The successful candidate will be comfortable with technology, AI-native in their work, and excited to build systems from scratch.
