Pacific Fusion is seeking an exceptional Experimental Physicist to join their dynamic team and contribute to the path to commercial fusion energy. This role involves running experiments at pulsed-power facilities, designing and implementing optical diagnostics, and developing analysis methods for experimental data. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in a relevant field and experience with optical diagnostics and high-energy density experiments, particularly in fusion. You will collaborate with engineers and scientists to achieve ignition and high-gain targets for fusion energy applications.
