Dwelly is seeking its first Senior Product Manager - Growth to drive the commercial success of its AI-enabled lettings and property management platform. This role is pivotal in growing the landlord base, increasing revenue per landlord, and ensuring long-term retention across all Dwelly products. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, commercially-minded individual with 4-6 years of product experience, focusing on growth, lifecycle, or CRM in fast-growing B2C or fintech environments. You will own the end-to-end landlord relationship, from segmentation and onboarding to retention and upsell, leveraging strong analytical and communication skills to achieve ambitious targets.
