Kandou is seeking a seasoned Silicon Validation Director/Manager to lead the end-to-end validation of complex SoC platforms in Hyderabad. This role involves owning the full lifecycle of silicon bring-up and validation for next-generation SoCs integrating PCIe, CXL, DDR5, RISC-V, and Caliptra RoT subsystems. The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional team, define test strategies, and ensure first-pass silicon quality and production readiness. This position requires extensive experience in silicon validation, deep expertise in various protocols, and strong leadership skills to mentor engineers and collaborate across teams.
