Astro Mechanica is seeking an experienced Senior Propulsion Engineer to take full ownership of hardware design from concept to production for their innovative Duality™ engine. This role involves shepherding jet engine and subsystem hardware through all stages, from early prototype to flight qualification and integration. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience with propulsion systems, strong CAD proficiency (Siemens NX), and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and thermodynamics. You will be responsible for detailed design, analysis, prototyping, testing, and problem diagnosis, directly impacting the performance of Astro Mechanica's supersonic transport technology.
