Universal Quantum is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to act as the number two to the Finance Lead, taking ownership of core finance operations and helping build robust financial systems and controls. This hybrid role, based in Haywards Heath, involves leading day-to-day finance operations, maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoicing and payments, and preparing VAT returns. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with 1-4 years PQE, possessing strong attention to detail, proactive ownership, and excellent communication skills. You will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth and scaling its financial processes.
