As Director, Real Estate Risk at WithCoverage, you will be the senior technical authority for risk advisory within the Real Estate vertical, leading complex placements and serving as an in-house expert. This senior individual contributor role involves designing and refining client risk management programs, providing deep technical expertise on real estate-specific coverage issues, and building foundational playbooks for scalable advisory. You will mentor Risk Advisors and have a path to building and leading a dedicated Real Estate Risk team. We are looking for someone with 10+ years of specialized experience in real estate commercial insurance or risk management, with a strong builder's mindset and a track record of owning complex placements.
