Mariana Minerals is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Site Development Engineer to lead the end-to-end planning and design of greenfield project sites for first-of-its-kind mining and metallurgical processing facilities. This role involves driving site selection, feasibility, detailed engineering, and construction execution, ensuring sites are designed for constructability, scalability, and long-term operational performance. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in site development and civil engineering for industrial projects, with proficiency in Civil 3D and a strong track record of managing external engineering firms. You will work cross-functionally to develop and optimize site layouts, manage infrastructure design, and support permitting and regulatory approvals.
