Manifold Bio is seeking an exceptional Computational Scientist to join their Quantitative Biology team, focusing on AI-guided protein design and massively multiplexed in vivo screening. This role involves designing and analyzing highly multiplexed protein library experiments, including traditional phage and yeast display readouts, and advancing projects in protein design, DNA library design, or machine learning/biophysical modeling. The ideal candidate will have a PhD or 4+ years of experience in computational biology or protein engineering, with strong Python skills and a background in antibody engineering. You will contribute to building robust data pipelines and improving library design workflows to enhance antibody performance, ultimately advancing the M-Design platform for data-driven drug engineering.
