Upscale AI is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Support Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead network bring-up and performance for GPU AI clusters. This role involves tuning switching ASIC pipelines, ensuring platform readiness, and optimizing fabric performance for Ethernet/RoCEv2 and/or InfiniBand.

The successful candidate will debug software, develop automation, validate networking platforms, and troubleshoot complex system issues, working closely with engineering teams and customers. You will contribute to the SONiC NOS platform, develop debugging tools, and act as a key point of contact for customer deployments and field issue resolution.
