Legora is seeking a Head of Executive Recruiting to build and lead its executive recruiting function from the ground up in New York. This role involves owning end-to-end executive searches for Senior Director and above globally, partnering directly with the CEO, CFO, CRO, and CTO on critical hires. The ideal candidate will have meaningful in-house executive recruiting experience at a high-growth, VC-backed company, with a proven ability to build and manage a small team. You will define how executive hiring gets done at one of the fastest-growing AI companies, establishing processes, assessment frameworks, and managing relationships with external search firms and investor talent communities.
