Fluidstack is seeking a Strategic Transactions Lead to drive the rapid closing of gigawatt-scale deals for AI compute infrastructure. This role involves quarterbacking complex, multi-billion dollar transactions from LOI to signature, spanning leases, colocation, EPC contracts, and utility commitments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing unprecedented deals, negotiating commercial terms with various counterparties, and maintaining momentum across numerous stakeholders and workstreams. You will operate with significant autonomy and trust from leadership, playing a critical role in scaling Fluidstack's compute capacity faster than anyone else.
