Stord is seeking an experienced Operations Manager, ICQA, to lead day-to-day fulfillment center operations and ensure inventory accuracy. This role requires a leader of leaders with strong communication skills, capable of managing teams, setting KPIs, and overseeing all aspects of inbound, outbound, and returns processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of high-volume direct-to-consumer experience, including leading large salaried and non-exempt teams, and expertise in WMS and technical operations.
