As Head of Partner Delivery Success at Parloa, you will lead a high-performing Partner Success organization, ensuring the quality and scalability of partner-delivered implementations of Parloa's AI solutions. You will define the operating model for partner oversight, build enablement and governance frameworks, and ensure partners consistently deliver high-quality AI solutions. This role requires 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or AI platforms, with 5+ years in people leadership, and a strong track record in enterprise delivery and partner ecosystem management. You will be the bridge between Partnerships, Professional Services, and Product, driving technical excellence and customer outcomes through a robust partner network.
