Lovable is seeking a hands-on Research Engineering Lead to optimize commercial and open-source frontier models for AI software engineering. This role involves owning the end-to-end experiment lifecycle, from dataset design to model alignment and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience with cutting-edge LLM research, fine-tuning large-scale transformer models, and developing state-of-the-art models for code generation. You will be responsible for building the most powerful ensemble of LLMs into Lovable products and leading a world-class technical team.
