Join Robinhood's Vulnerability Management team as a Senior Security Engineer, AI Vulnerability Management, to lead the transformation of vulnerability management into a self-scaling security platform. You will architect next-generation automated defense systems using Agentic AI and machine learning to proactively identify and reduce risk. This role involves defining the strategic roadmap for Risk-Based Vulnerability Management, building exposure intelligence, and automating triage and self-healing processes. We are looking for candidates with 5+ years in Security Engineering, hands-on experience with AI and agentic systems, and strong software engineering skills in Go or Python. This position is based in our Toronto, Canada office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
