As a Forward Deployed Engineer, VoIP at Parloa, you will be the primary VoIP/SIP expert responsible for integrating Parloa's AI solutions into enterprise telephony environments. This role involves owning the end-to-end technical path for customer integrations, from initial call flow to bot interaction, across various carriers and network infrastructures. You will diagnose complex call flow issues, design robust connectivity patterns, and collaborate with customer and partner engineering teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of hands-on experience in VoIP/telephony engineering, strong SIP integration expertise, and a builder mindset to drive solutions and shape product improvements.
