Fractile is seeking a Senior Hardware Technical Programme Manager to lead the delivery of hardware systems and hardware test, reporting to the Director of Programmes. This role is central to a cross-functional hardware development program, ensuring alignment across silicon, hardware, operations, software, and leadership. The successful candidate will own and maintain the hardware program plan, driving execution from launch to customer delivery, and contribute to developing scalable program management practices. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of technical program management experience in hardware, a strong understanding of product development lifecycles, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
