As a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager at Nourish, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Provider Partnerships Managers (PPMs) to scale revenue by partnering with healthcare providers. This is a field-first sales leadership role, requiring you to spend 3+ days per week in the field coaching and driving sales activity. You will be responsible for mentoring your team, hiring new members, and implementing performance management processes. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in healthcare sales/BD and at least 1 year of sales management experience, who is passionate about our mission and thrives in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
