Tools for Humanity (TFH) is seeking a Compensation and Token Programs Manager to own the end-to-end token grants process for World. This role focuses on designing infrastructure, controls, and automations to ensure accurate, auditable, and fast token awards as volume grows. The ideal candidate will have strong data fluency, a builder's instinct for scale, and experience in program execution, forecasting, and data integrity. You will be responsible for making token compensation simple and reliable for employees and leaders, partnering cross-functionally to improve processes and ship operational changes.
