This role involves partnering with individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders on various people-related topics, including employee relations, performance, and engagement, with a focus on organizational health and design. The ideal candidate will execute short- and long-term People strategies, provide coaching, and make data-driven recommendations to drive employee engagement and retention. Candidates should have 2+ years in an HRBP-specific role, 5+ years in a dedicated HR role, and experience in a fast-paced environment.
