TAR is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to own the buildout and scale-up of an assembly, QC, and manufacturing line for their robotics hardware. This senior, hands-on role involves taking robotics hardware from low-rate production to a repeatable, higher-volume operation. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a strong background in DFM, tooling, quality control, and vendor management for complex electromechanical or robotic systems. This role is crucial for enabling TAR to install solar at gigawatt scale using their custom construction robots.
