Fractile is seeking a Senior Rust Software Engineer to join a new greenfield team, influencing architecture and engineering practices from day one. This role involves writing Rust server-side software for an AI inference stack, including a Linux kernel driver, and building cloud-based tooling for hardware housed in data centers. Candidates should be creative problem solvers with experience in AI workloads or strong systems-level engineering, capable of conducting research into state-of-the-art AI inference.
