ShopMy is seeking a Director, Creator Acceleration to own the critical phase of a creator's journey from first earn to sustained commitment on their platform. This role involves building and scaling teams, systems, and operating models to drive lasting creator performance and engagement. The Director will be responsible for strategy, performance, and growth of the Acceleration creator segment, designing end-to-end strategies for creator habituation. This includes developing playbooks, metrics, and accountability models, while partnering cross-functionally to enhance the creator experience and tooling. The ideal candidate will build a high-performing team and ensure a healthy, growing pipeline of activated creators driving revenue.
