Great healthcare should start with “how can I help” not “please hold.”

Most of a patient’s time in care - from dentistry to fertility - occurs outside of clinic, but healthcare providers struggle to support patients who aren’t physically on site.

Our goal is to enable 24/7 high quality care and extend authentic relationships between patients and providers for the 99% of a patient’s care journey that isn’t physically in clinic.

For providers: patient engagement, follow up, nurture, care compliance, payments, and rebooking done for you. For patients: a simple, accessible healthcare front door, in your pocket.

This is an urgent and societal problem. You can get overnight delivery of anything on the planet, but it still takes hours-weeks-months to get a doctors appointment.

Where are we

We’re privileged to support thousands of patients across the UK through our close collaboration with healthcare providers, have generated +£250k in new appointment revenue for clinic partners, and facilitated £mm of payments from patients to providers.

We know that technology adoption in healthcare is hard. Interoperability requirements and overwhelmed users mean that innovation has to feel like air - seamlessly fitting into existing ways of working. No additional bloat.

We’re a small team, and intend to continue using size and speed to our advantage. We’re growing quickly, +200% YoY, and are fortunate to have the support of some of Europe’s top investors & angels.

About the role & you

We are looking for a front-end-leaning full stack engineer who wants founding team exposure and responsibility. You’ll be in the engine room, working to steer the ship and deliver wow experiences for our customers (and their patients).

We love to work with former founders and/or founding team members who have firsthand experience of building from an early stage. We are not the right place to “try a startup”.

We want to know about your spikes and quirks. We all have them. ICPC rank? Bullet chess? Swing dancing? Aspiring chef? We want your weird.

Logistics & compensation

We are London HQ’d but support remote work. Which means team members are expected to be in-office regularly each week, but can/should WFH if helpful or needed.

We hope that whoever joins us at this stage wants skin in the game, and we expect to compensate top talent commensurately with a combination of salary + equity, at a balance of your choosing.

We are considering candidates at different stages of their career for this role, rather than a rigid expectation around seniority. As such, compensation will be commensurate with experience, and likely within the range of £70k - £120k.
