Verda is seeking a Senior Energy Market Analyst to be the first dedicated energy hire, owning the analytical view of the Nordic power market. This critical role involves building the analytical backbone from scratch, advising on power costs, grid connection strategies, and policy impacts for Verda's rapidly growing AI cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of deep, hands-on experience within the Nordic power system, preferably from a TSO or major utility, with strong quantitative and modeling skills. You will be instrumental in guiding strategic decisions for Construction, Site Acquisition, Finance, and Global Policy teams.
