Mythic is seeking a Sr Staff / Staff DFT Engineer to lead end-to-end Design for Testability (DFT) implementation and verification for complex ASIC/SoC designs. This role involves owning all aspects of DFT for SoC, including MBIST, IJTAG, Scan, and ATPG, and contributing to DFT methodologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of industry experience with SoC level DFT methodologies and integration. This is a unique opportunity to work on novel chip architectures, learn about deep neural networks, and collaborate with various design teams at a fast-paced startup.
