SambaNova is seeking a highly motivated Principal Design for Test (DFT) Engineer to contribute to the development of state-of-the-art RDU chips for machine learning and artificial intelligence. This hands-on role involves defining and implementing DFT architecture, developing ATPG flows, and supporting silicon bring-up for complex high-performance chips. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of industry experience with a deep understanding of scan insertion, ATPG, MBIST, and JTAG, preferably with Siemens Tessent tool flow.
