Kestra is seeking a Solution Engineer based in Germany to be the technical counterpart to their sales team in the DACH region. This deeply technical, customer-facing role involves partnering with Account Executives to guide enterprise prospects through technical evaluations and proof-of-concept deployments of Kestra's orchestration platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, experience in pre-sales or technical consulting, and be fluent in both English and German. You will be responsible for leading technical discussions, building custom demos, and translating customer requirements to product teams, helping shape the product roadmap.
