As the Director of Risk Management at WithCoverage, you will lead the strategy and execution for client risk advisory, helping high-growth companies understand, mitigate, and transfer risk. You will be directly responsible for client retention, servicing, and new client placements, while managing and mentoring a growing team of Risk Advisors. This role requires 8-12 years of commercial insurance or risk management experience, including 2+ years of people management, and a deep understanding of commercial lines. You will play a key role in redefining how risk is managed across the economy using proprietary technology and AI.
