We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead General Trade sales operations for an FMCG product portfolio including Biscuits, Snacks, Namkeen, Home Care, Personal Care, and Kitchen Care categories. This role involves leading a team of Sales Officers, driving business growth through distributors, and ensuring product visibility and availability across multiple districts. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in FMCG General Trade, a proven track record in team handling and distributor management, and strong leadership skills. A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory, and candidates from the Namkeen or Snacks category are preferred.
