This role involves serving as the primary legal architect for Robinhood's credit ecosystem, guiding multi-functional teams from ideation through launch of retail credit card and consumer banking initiatives. The successful candidate will manage regulatory compliance, craft robust consumer agreements, and partner directly with product, engineering, and compliance teams. Candidates should have 7+ years of relevant experience with consumer lending and banking products, and a deep understanding of applicable federal consumer financial protection laws.
