Ajaib is seeking an experienced Offensive Security Engineer/Lead to spearhead their adversarial simulation, penetration testing, and vulnerability research programs. This role involves designing and executing sophisticated Red Team campaigns, simulating real-world cyber adversary behaviors, and validating detection capabilities, all mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK framework and Lockheed Martin Cyber Kill Chain. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in offensive security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, and expertise in various offensive tools and cloud security. You will collaborate with the Blue Team, exploit vulnerabilities, and develop custom security tools to enhance Ajaib's security posture.
