Parloa is seeking a Principal Partnerships Manager for Switzerland and Eastern Europe to strategically develop and scale its partner ecosystem in these high-potential regions. This high-impact role involves identifying, recruiting, and growing leading service partners to secure market presence and drive growth for Parloa's Agentic AI solution. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in partner management within SaaS, Contact Center, or AI sectors, a proven track record in new market entry, and a strong existing network in the Swiss and/or Eastern European markets. Fluency in German and English is essential, with Turkish being a strategic asset.
