As a Business Development Representative at Firefly, you will play a foundational role in the company's go-to-market motion, owning the outbound strategy. This high-impact position involves engaging with prospects, qualifying new sales opportunities, and becoming a product evangelist for Firefly's AI-native physical safety platform. You will run high-volume, personalized outreach, collaborate with sales leadership, engineering, and marketing, and help shape the product roadmap and sales process. We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of SDR experience, comfortable with cold calling and familiar with various sales tools, who are mission-oriented and exceptional communicators.
