As a Sr Partner Solution Engineer at Parloa, you will be instrumental in accelerating partner success and driving revenue growth by engaging with partners to increase pipeline and enable them to design and demo AI Agent solutions. This role involves acting as a trusted technical and solution advisor, translating Parloa's platform capabilities into business value, and supporting the entire pre-sales journey. You will be at the center of Parloa's partner ecosystem, driving technical excellence and shaping the delivery of AI Agents at scale. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in solutions engineering or a similar pre-sales role, with a strong technical foundation and the ability to balance technical depth with high-level solution storytelling.
