Stord is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day fulfillment center operations in Dallas, TX. This role involves managing inbound/outbound flow, B2C/B2B processes, and returns, while also leading and developing a team of Area Managers and associates. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a background in high-volume direct-to-consumer environments, and experience with WMS and technical operations, including automation. You will be responsible for setting KPIs, ensuring inventory accuracy, managing budgets, and driving operational success during client launches.
