As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Aslan, you will embed directly with customers like intelligence analysts and federal agents to write production code that solves their critical operational problems. This hands-on engineering role requires you to deeply understand customer missions, build custom integrations and workflows, and debug live agent behavior in sensitive environments. You'll act as the product team in the field, bringing insights back to the core engineering team to continuously improve the platform. We're looking for self-directed full-stack generalists with 3+ years of experience, a working knowledge of AI/ML systems, and a willingness to travel regularly to customer sites in the Washington, DC Metro Area.
