Sable is seeking a Research Engineer to build and enhance Aidan, their pioneering AI employee capable of leading customer calls using real-time voice, vision, and browser interaction. This role involves orchestrating Aidan's multimodal abilities, including voice, live browser use, screen perception, and a self-improving context graph. You will focus on improving agent runtime, developing the Skills system for UI operation, advancing real-time visual perception, and strengthening Aidan's self-improvement engine. Ideal candidates will have deep experience in real-time systems, LLM agents, browser automation, or applied multimodal ML, and thrive in a small, end-to-end ownership environment.
