Blitzy is seeking an experienced Field CTO to be a senior technical partner for enterprise customers, engaging directly with C-suite executives to validate architectures and accelerate modernization using Blitzy's AI software development platform. This role requires deep, hands-on expertise in the AI code-generation ecosystem, including foundation models and frameworks for autonomous development. The successful candidate will lead technical validation, drive SDLC acceleration, and ensure measurable velocity in software delivery for customers. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role with significant ownership over revenue and expansion, offering direct access to the founding team and substantial equity upside.
