Carta is seeking a Senior GRC Analyst II to join their security-minded team in Waterloo, Ontario. This role involves assessing regulatory requirements, establishing governance and risk frameworks, and building security compliance programs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of GRC experience, a strong understanding of various security frameworks (e.g., SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF), and knowledge of public cloud infrastructure in AWS and GCP. You will play a key role in managing and improving Carta's GRC program, leading audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize risk.
