Cognition is seeking an Applied AI Transformation Manager to act as a technically oriented strategic advisor and operator for their key customers. This role involves ensuring value alignment, driving program delivery, and identifying strategic opportunities for customers to realize value from Cognition’s platform. You will be responsible for designing and building the operating model for agentic AI, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, and pioneering the playbook for enterprise AI agent adoption. The ideal candidate will have a Computer Science or EE undergrad, SWE experience, and 3-5 years in strategy consulting with a focus on value realization and technology strategy.
