Positron AI is seeking a Principal ASIC Physical Design Engineer to own the physical implementation of their next-generation AI inference accelerators from floorplanning through tapeout. This role involves leading implementation methodology, driving closure across various design metrics, and partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve world-class PPA. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in physical design, expert-level proficiency in Innovus and ICC2, and a proven track record of multiple advanced-node tapeouts.
