Skan AI is seeking a Sr Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, availability, and operational health of their cloud-hosted customer environments. This role, within the Customer Cloud Ops team, bridges software and infrastructure, applying engineering discipline to automate toil, respond to incidents, and uphold SLA commitments. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of SRE experience, strong cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP), and expertise in observability tools, IaC, and incident management. You will be instrumental in ensuring high performance and availability for enterprise clients as Skan's cloud-hosted customer base grows.
