Reclaim is seeking its first dedicated Director of People / HR to own the full people function as the company scales rapidly from ~20 to 50+ employees across Israel and the US. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves shaping company culture, coaching managers, driving end-to-end recruitment across various functions, and building core HR processes from scratch. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of HR experience, with a strong background in technology startups and expertise in both Israeli and US labor laws. This is a hands-on opportunity for a startup-minded individual to build and nurture the organizational foundations for a fast-growing company.
