This role involves building Flexport's brand, solving customer problems with tech-enabled solutions, and driving revenue through net-new sales and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in logistics/supply chain and at least 2 years in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role, demonstrating a strong ability to build long-term commercial relationships and a passion for client success. This position offers a 50/50 compensation model (Base + Uncapped bonus) for high-performing sales professionals.
