As an Inbound Market Development Representative (MDR) at Parloa, you will be the initial point of contact for prospective customers, playing a crucial role in converting inbound interest into qualified sales opportunities. This position requires strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset to engage prospects, understand their business challenges, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. You will collaborate closely with marketing, maintain CRM records, and work to exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities. We are looking for candidates with 1+ years of SDR/MDR or customer-facing experience, preferably in SaaS, and an interest in AI or enterprise technology.
